‍About Ketamine Therapy

Ketamine is a safe, time-tested medicine that can be used within the supportive container of a therapeutic relationship to explore our consciousness. It remains the primary, federally legal prescription medication capable of producing profound psychedelic experiences for mental health care.

Ketamine has been shown to relieve distress in depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, obsessions/compulsions, addiction, disordered eating, pain syndromes, relational distress, and existential distress related to end of life. Clinical research is lively, robust, and ongoing.

Neuroplasticity is the brains miraculous and dynamic ability to reorganize itself. Ketamine leverages neuroplasticity to help loosen or illuminate some of our habitual cognitive patterns, allowing us to experience ourselves, others, and the world in new ways.

How we work Together

I don't host the active ketamine dosing or talk therapy sessions in my office. A safe journey requires a clear division of labor: your therapist holds the emotional container, and I handle the medical safety. I act as your clinical ally behind the scenes, laying the physical foundation so you can do the deep work with your therapist.

If we decide to work together, our process is simple:

  • We start with an evaluation. We will sit down for a thorough virtual consultation to look at your physical health, your psychiatric history, and your current medications. I am here to make sure ketamine is fundamentally safe for your body and your goals.

  • I talk to your therapist. Before a prescription is ever written, I connect directly with your clinician so our care plans match. If you don't have a therapist yet, I may be able introduce you to specialized practitioners I trust within our local networks in New Hampshire.

  • I handle the prescribing. Once your team is aligned and your therapist’s office is ready, I send your custom prescription to a licensed compounding pharmacy. We will continue to meet for routine medical check-ins to track your progress and adjust your treatment as you heal.

Provider Information

I hold advanced training in ketamine-assisted frameworks and partner directly with community therapists who provide active integration care.

As a psychiatric prescriber, I offer specialized consultations for medical and psychiatric clearance. I prescribe sublingual ketamine lozenges strictly for use under the direct, in-office supervision of your existing licensed therapist.

  • No At-Home Use: I do not prescribe ketamine for unmonitored or at-home use.

  • No Standalone Therapy: I do not provide the active, in-person therapy sessions in my office.

Please use the contact page to schedule an initial evaluation.

We borrow our atoms.
The universe owns them.
The universe borrows our love and wonder.
Those belong to us.”
